The "Good Summer" Mixtape was created in 2013 at Backbones studios produced by Patt Khan. This work Is a collection of beats that best spoke to iambic and reflected what was going on in the lives of the group members. The project was inspired by the summer and the trio spent the summer recording it. The gentle tackle a whole range of topics such as Love, Bad decisions and times of celebration. On May 9th 2015 Iambi Pen released their debut album "Ambitious Business"At the Coalition Lounge. The Trip spent a total of a year and a half at Backbone Studio's with Patt Khan whipping up a hot batch of fire. The album cover was designed by a local hamilton artist Dave franciosa. Iambic Pen really wanted to go out of the box on this album and exersise their creative position incorperating visual art, theatre and music in order to create a piece to be proud of.
